Karen Findlay, Divisional Prayer Co-ordinator, reports:

Thank you all for your prayers. We worship an awesome God!!

The day prepared the way for the forthcoming Prayer School, which will cover many different aspects of prayer, and will start in January. Many of those attending the launch day have expressed a desire to deepen their understanding and experience in prayer.

In the evening we were joined by others from across the East Midlands Division, and we received further teaching on prayer and mission. During this time the new Divisional Prayer Team was publically recognised.

Throughout the day there was a very real sense of Gods hand on all those present. EMAP 365 was truly launched and truly anointed.

On Monday the Prayer Team met with Divisional leaders at DHQ to start the Divisional 24-7 prayer week. We spent the first hour of the prayer week in the newly created prayer room. In fact, such was the power of the prayers that we kept praying, and what was meant to be an hour had 100 minutes in it!!! God spoke powerfully that this is a time of new beginnings. Such was the power of Gods presence that no one really wanted to leave! Again there was a sense of excitement as to what God is going to do in prayer in the coming months.

God has done so much already. We simply give Him the honour and glory. What an awesome God we have.
